Internet connections in Spain are the most expensive of its European environment. However, users believe that these are “unsatisfactory” according to a survey done by the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU) to more than 2,000 people.
According to the report, paid an average $ 200 more a year than the French “and more than in almost all countries,” European, which offer more economic access and higher speeds than those offered in Spain.
With regard to Internet providers, the respondents felt that the service provided is generally unsatisfactory (the main problem of slow connections). In fact, the opinion of the Spanish is much worse than that of Internet users in your environment. Very dissatisfied users in Spain three times those of Belgium.
Only regional cable operators, R, Euskaltel Telecable and get a good grade. Jazztel enough improvement scores against the previous survey in 2007, while Telefonica’s worse to occupy the last place overall satisfaction of service provided.
