“Avatar,” the movie event of James Cameron, the film is all records or almost. Its budget Pharaonic 500 million was quickly pay for itself, since “Avatar” has surpassed the one billion dollars in revenue worldwide and over 8 million viewers in France in just 3 weeks. And if the spectators seem conquered - and they understand - it was “damage” that this stops at the doors of the cinema. That’s aion kinah, Avatar is also available in video gaming on all consoles or almost: Xbox 360, PS3, PSP, Wii, DS, PC and even iPhone. That is also the tidal waves Avatar.

It could have been much worse!
However, it should perhaps look to temper the heat. The film, as beautiful as it is, has he a successful adaptation on consoles? The answer is quite positive. Such adaptation has frequently given rise to major failures in the history of video games. This is fortunately not the case here, even if the game Ubisoft is not free of defects, far from it!
Treat for the eyes

As for film, game Avatar strikes and captivates by its visual world. Nothing to say, it’s beautiful. Especially in the aion gold kinah of Pandora. Especially for the (few) lucky ones who can enjoy the 3D experience with stereoscopic glasses and the screen that goes with it. However, some events - particularly in the dialogues - suffer from some inconsistencies, which, ultimately, does not spoil the fun too.

Beauty is one thing, but it is not everything. That’s good, Avatar is rather successful in terms of surround sound and gameplay. On this last point, we may just regret the excessive linearity in which changing the character chosen.

As the film but not the same
Because yes, he has a choice to make. Just like in the movie, he must choose sides: the humans and the indigenous, Na’vis. Consequently, Ubisoft had the good idea to create two separate campaigns - count 6 or 7 hours for each - the choice made. In all cases, players will embody the soldier Ryder ’specialized signals, and sent on the planet Pandora to participate in the Avatar program. In short, it’s like in the movie, except that the characters are not the same and the shading is not the same! This gives the opportunity to enjoy a game in a universe perfectly cheap aion kinah and registers as a good complement to the film. Good, but largely improved. This may be the case in an upcoming episode .
